Meditation beads are perfect to hold while doing a mindfulness or meditation practice.  Perfect for a short breath meditation practice to start or end the day.  They look lovely sitting on a mantle or practice space in a home.  The beads are strung on a waxed cotton cord and knotted in between each bead.  Beads are chosen for the texture and shape they each have.  The strand comes with a pouch and a short meditation print out.
