This is going to be a poetry event you won’t want to miss! We are currently taking submissions (see below). These poems will be displayed throughout the Junction along with interactive activities for the community. Meet the poets, create, have fun and enjoy poetry in downtown Ogden.

Submissions and how to be part of this:
Submissions open! Submit poems to be featured in the Downtown Poetry event at The Junction! You can also add your Literary business, event or organization to the Literary Log, which will be handed out at the event.

1:15 to 2:15: Drop-In Poetry Class with Prompts. KC Peek will teach you to use Seeds of Imagination storytelling prompts to inspire your poetry.
2:30 to 3:30: Create Poems with Heather Green!
3:45 to 5:00: Altered Page Poetry with Angelika Brewer who is Ogden City’s Poet Lauret and Stephanie Howerton from Our Children’s Earth and the Ogden City Art’s Council.
