Art Stroll is on Friday, February 7th, 2024! The store will be open late for the Art Stroll from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with the store being open until 10pm for shopping.
Our Featured Artist is Rene Venegas:
Rene Venegas is a 16th generation silversmith. His family was one of the first to arrive from Spain to the Americas. His ancestor, Felipe Venegas, was the silversmith for the early cathedrals in the Dominican Republic and stamped the first European coins in the New World. He has been teaching jewelry and silversmithing classes at Weber State for 15 years. In addition, he has been featured in The Standard Examiner, The Signpost, KUTV Inside the Story, FOX13 Good Morning Utah, The Salt Project and KTVX Good Things Utah.
Rene will be celebrating all things LOVE and Valentine’s Day for February’s Art Stroll. He will offer his drop in ring bar – Just in time for Valentine’s Day. Stop by and pick out parts for a unique custom made ring. First pick out a stone, then the bezel (metal that holds the stone), and then pick your silver band style. After all are chosen, 16th generation silversmith, Rene, will create your ring while you shop. Ring will be ready in less than 30 minutes and customers will be given a ring box to keep this keepsake in.
In addition, you can bring in a piece of jewelry and Rene or his wife Jenny will professionally polish if for FREE as a thank you to our community support.

And in addition, they will offer a FREE rose for the first 24 customers with any jewelry purchase. Find all this in Classroom A.
Classes and Events happening during the Art Stroll:
-6:00 to 9:00: Tye Marie Reeder, owner of Seek Chocolate Shop, based in Huntsville, Utah, is always looking for the most delicious and ethical chocolate that supports cacao farmers around the world. She will have a beautiful selection of chocolate available at the first Friday art stroll at the Artisan Collective in February. Come pick up chocolate for Valentine’s Day or a quick winter pick me up!
-6:00 to 9:00: Watch Mike from Hurst’s Handblown Glass will be creating glass blown heart pendants right before your eyes! Find him in his studio.
-6:00 to 9:00: Stop by and create clay hearts with Gail for $4.99 each, Find her by the front south windows.
-6:00 to 9:00: Stephanie and Lance from Our Children’s Earth will be creating jewelry with Marbling! Stop by between
-6:00 to 9:00: Come watch Steve Stones paint a Valentines piece and get a free coloring page! Find him in front of Classroom A on the desks!
-6:00 to 9:00: Kick off your Valentine’s celebration with Heather Green of Mamaw’s Macrame. Make a heart key chain in Classroom B for only $5.
