Massage and meditation support relaxation and creative expression. Begin the workshop with a 15-minute guided meditation designed to release tension, calm yourself, and inspire awareness. Additional relaxation practices will be available to help you settle into a peaceful state that inspires you for the rest of the workshop.

From this grounded space, you’ll move into an intuitive collage workshop, allowing imagery, texture, and color to guide your creative expression. No artistic experience is necessary. Our process encourages exploration, mindfulness, and personal meaning rather than perfection.

Please note: This workshop incorporates aromatherapy to support relaxation. Lavender, peppermint, and citrus essential oils will be used during the workshop. Individuals who are sensitive to essential oils should consider this before registering.

About the Instructors

Marie Quichocho (she/her) is the owner of Marie’s Mobile Massages. She’s been a licensed massage therapist for half her life – a total of 18 years! She is passionate about holistic healing and providing a safe experience and relaxing treatments for each client. 

KC Peek (she/her) is an award-winning mixed media artist based in Ogden, Utah. She is known for her unique dioramas made from thrift store finds, her great-grandmother’s costume jewelry, and other memorabilia. In addition to her dioramas, KC paints delicate watercolors, often focusing on botanicals, and explores mixed media techniques to create striking 2D and relief artwork.
