What:
Beginner Handbuilding Pottery: Ornaments Workshop
We will turn a ball of clay into unique and beautiful ornaments! For the second class we will glaze them. You will have many colors to choose from to paint your pottery and make it one of a kind.
This is a beginner class, all skill levels are welcome!
$60/person for a two part class, December 7th and 21st.
OR
Glaze only on Friday, December 21st 4-6 pm. You will choose from a variety of handmade pottery pieces available and will learn how to glaze them! Glazing is essentially painting the pottery. There will be a variety of colors available and examples to give inspiration. Join me for an evening of fun, and learn a new skill!
$35/person (two ornaments are included with the class, you may choose to purchase more pieces at the event)
A pottery wheel will also be available on December 7th for all class participants to use and learn to throw a pot on if interested.
- After the pieces are complete they will be ready within 2 days to 1 week. If you need it more quickly please talk to me at the class and I can make sure to have it ready for pick up as quickly as possible.
- Pick-Up Pottery: You will get a call or text when the pottery is ready for pick up at the Local Artisan Collective.
